V-てください, V-て and V-てくれる? are used to give instructions or requests to another person. In the Japanese language textbook called Irodori, V-てください, V-て and V-てくれる? are used to make requests at work. Vて-ください is used to make a polite and formal request. V-て is used to make a casual request to subordinates, friends, etc. V-てくれる? is also a casual request, but is more polite than V-て.
