N、貸してください, N、借りてもいいですか?, N、いいですか? and N、ありますか are used to borrow something. In the Japanese language textbook called Irodori, these expressions are used to borrow stationery and other items from others at work. 貸してください is a polite and formal request. 借りてもいいですか? is used to ask permission to borrow something. N、いいですか? is used to borrow something by pointing at it. And, N、ありますか? is used to ask someone if they have something.
