【いつも/たいてい/よく/ときどき】V-ます is used to express frequency, and used with verbs In the Japanese language textbook called , 【いつも/たいてい/よく/ときどき】V-ます is used to talk about breakfast habits and to tell what you do on your days off. いつも (always), たいてい (mostly), and よく (often) indicate that the frequency is high. On the other hand, ときどき (sometimes) indicates that the frequency is somewhere in the middle.
