どこにもV-ませんでした is used to add emphasis to a negative sentence. If it is used together with the negative form of the verb 行いく, it means you did not go anywhere. In the Japanese language textbook called Irodori, どこにもV-ませんでした is used to answer when asked what you did on your day off.
