【あまり/ぜんぜん】V-ません is used to is used to express frequency, and used with verbs. In the Japanese language textbook called Irodori , 【あまり/ぜんぜん】V-ません is used to talk about breakfast habits and to tell what you do on your days off. あまり (not much) and ぜんぜん (not at all) are used with the negative form of verbs to indicate infrequency.
